If you do not wish to order products online, you are welcome to email your order details (do not include your credit card information) to YourOrder@randhillnaturals.com. We will call you at your convenience or you may call us toll free at 888-507-3728 to finalize payment arraignments.
Shipping ~ Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 2 business days of receiving your order (sorry, but weekends don’t count). If there will be a delay in that time frame, we will contact you by e-mail or phone. Please contact us immediately if your purchase arrives damaged.

Backorders ~ We don’t guarantee availability of all products at all times. Items may become backordered from time to time. You will not be charged for unavailable items. We do our best to note the availability of items on the website. If, for some reason we are out of stock on an item you have ordered we will notify you right away. We will let you decide how you would like to proceed with your order.

Tax ~ Sales tax will apply to all California orders. We are required to charge state and local tax for orders shipped within California.
